Centered On Children Childcare

At Centered On Children we strive to provide a safe, stimulating, loving environment that will strengthen and develop a child’s learning potential and skills. We encourage independence and self-esteem through positive interaction with adults and other children. We strive to meet the needs of the individual child, as well as the children as a group. We aim to provide an environment which encourages the children to explore, discover, and manipulate their world, within the safety and limits of our program. Our emphasis is placed on the maintenance and enhancement of each child’s self-esteem. We encourage the participation of the community, through the involvement of University and College students for placement (E.C.E.) at our center, as well as Secondary School students as part of their curriculum in Co-Op Education.
